You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpxch account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your bpxch Login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
bpxch will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bpxch requesting your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the bpxch support team immediately.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your bpxch account, you must:

All financial transactions on the bpxch platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpxch does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which bpxch accepts no liability.
Deposits: Deposits credited to your bpxch wallet are available for use immediately upon confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are published in the platform's payment information section. bpxch reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, including where the deposit triggers anti-money laundering thresholds requiring enhanced due diligence.
